Preschool PARAPROFESSIONAL/CLASSROOM AIDE - (1) Part Time Morning (begin at 8:15 AM) and (1) Part Time Afternoon (end at 3:15 PM) Positions Available
Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School is seeking a caring individual, interested in working with children aged preschool through 6th grade, as a paraprofessional/classroom aide - our current opening is in preschool. Part time, Monday through Friday, 10 month position, according to the Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School calendar. Salary is commensurate with experience. Start date is as soon as possible. Must hold a High School Diploma or GED. Successful completion of a criminal history background check, including fingerprinting is also be required.
Responsibilities
Provide instructional support for individual or small groups of students
Assist teacher with classroom supervision
Supervise students in the cafeteria and playground
Support students with special needs

Anticipated Part-Time Elementary World Language Teacher (K-6) - Spanish
Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School is seeking a part-time kindergarten through sixth-grade Spanish teacher. The position is available one day per week and is a 10-month position, according to the Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School calendar. Salary is commensurate with experience.
The primary responsibility of this role is to design and deliver dynamic Spanish lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards. This includes cultivating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student learning and development, inspires a love for the Spanish language, and nurtures an appreciation for diverse cultures.
Applicants must hold an NJDOE certificate as a Spanish Teacher; a Criminal History Review and Background Check are required.
